Department of Commerce

The Department of Commerce was started in 2020. Since its inception, the department has been dedicated to produce commerce graduates of high caliber. It houses B.Com., B.Com CA., . The department is manned by academically well-qualified and experienced faculty members. The faculty members have been consistently involving themselves in publishing books, research articles in reputed journals and participating in various national and inter-national forums to make them updated with the current issues in commerce domain which ultimately benefits our students. To make our students versatile and employable, the department has been conducting Guest Lectures, Industrial Visits, Personality Enrichment and Internship Training Programmes regularly.

Objectives

1. To enable the learners to communicate in English effectively and appropriately in real life situation.
2. To help them use English effectively for academic and career purpose across the curriculum.
3. To motivate interest in understanding and appreciating English Literature
4. To encourage students to hone their four language skills i.e Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
5. To inspire the students to undertake the research activities in English literary text.
6. To enable the students to acquire women empowerment through proficiency of English.
